Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Pumpkin VR Tech Co., Ltd. ("we") collects on this website, how it is used, where it is stored, how long it is kept, and the rights you may exercise over it. It is written under the Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act.

Data we collect
We only obtain the following three categories of data when you submit a form or browse this site.
- Form data
- Name, email address, company name (optional) and message content you enter in our contact forms.
- Referral record
- Which page or campaign link brought you here (URL parameters and referrer), held in your browser sessionStorage and discarded when the tab closes.
- Traffic analytics
- Anonymous browsing behavior recorded by Google Analytics, such as pages visited and time on page. IP addresses are anonymized; we cannot identify you from this data.
Purpose and use
Form data is used for four things only: replying to your inquiry, assessing your needs, preparing a quote, and necessary follow-up. We do not automatically add you to any newsletter or advertising list, and we do not share your data with any third party not listed in this policy.
Retention
- General inquiries
- Kept for 2 years after our last contact with you, then deleted.
- If you become a client
- Kept for the period required by our contract and applicable law.
Storage and processors
We use the following services to process data. These providers process data only on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Supabase
- Database storage for form submissions.
- Resend
- Sends our internal notification email and your submission confirmation email.
- Google Analytics
- Anonymous traffic analytics; see section 05.
To opt out of Google Analytics, install the official browser opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
Your rights
Under Article 3 of the Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act, you may exercise the following rights over your data. We will act on your request after verifying your identity:
- Inquire about or review your data
- Request a copy
- Request correction or supplementation
- Request that we stop collecting, processing or using it
- Request deletion
