AI + XR System Integration, PoC & Private Deployment

AI + XR system integration means assembling conversational AI agents, XR simulation content, and your existing information systems and hardware into one system that can be accepted and maintained. It suits agencies and enterprises with a clear application need that require an external team to carry technical integration, deployment, and delivery responsibility. Our scope runs from requirement assessment and proof of concept through custom development, private cloud or on-premise deployment, acceptance documentation, and ongoing maintenance.

Service Scope

System Integration

Wire AI agents, XR content, your existing systems, and on-site hardware into one working system, with responsibility boundaries made explicit.

  • Existing-system interfaces (ticketing, membership, booking, training, knowledge management)
  • Knowledge base construction and RAG architecture design
  • On-site hardware integration (kiosks, large displays, handheld guides, XR headsets, motion platforms)
  • Authentication and tiered permission design
  • Interface specification documents and responsibility boundaries

Proof of Concept

Before a full budget commitment, validate technical feasibility and real-world effectiveness with a tightly scoped prototype, and produce a scoring report you can decide on.

  • Scope and success criteria agreed in writing up front
  • A working prototype for one site or one workflow
  • Scored against a jointly agreed test set or scenario list
  • Feasibility and risk assessment report
  • Scale, schedule, and cost projection for the production project

Private Deployment

Deploy where your security policy requires — from private cloud to a fully offline on-site host — with the documentation security review needs.

  • Private cloud (your own cloud tenancy)
  • On-premise (your own server room)
  • Fully offline (on-site host, no external connection)
  • Written confirmation of data location, retention, and access control
  • Deployment architecture diagrams and security documentation

Engagement Process

  1. 1. Discovery & Current-State Assessment

Confirm use cases, user profile, existing systems and hardware, security constraints, and internal approval process; inventory the completeness of available material. Output: a scope document.

  2. 2. Technical Approach & Specification

Propose system architecture, interfaces, deployment options, and hardware configuration, with acceptance criteria and test methods written into the specification for internal review and procurement use.

  3. 3. Proof of Concept

Build a working prototype within the agreed scope, test and score it in the real environment. If results fall short of the agreed threshold, we adjust direction or stop here rather than proceeding to production build.

  4. 4. Production Build & Integration Testing

Complete development, system interfaces, hardware integration, and deployment; run functional, integration, and load testing, with test records delivered.

  5. 5. Acceptance & Handover

Accept against the specification’s criteria; deliver source code or binaries (per contract), deployment documentation, operations manuals, and training, with warranty scope and period confirmed.

  6. 6. Maintenance & Future Expansion

Annual maintenance (system updates, troubleshooting, model and content tuning), or self-operation after handover with a technical support channel kept open — plus planning for additional sites or features.

Procurement & Acceptance

Deliverables

The system and admin console, deployment architecture documentation, interface specifications, operations manuals, test records, and training with records. Whether source code is delivered, licence scope, and IP ownership are agreed per contract.

Acceptance Method

We recommend agreeing measurable acceptance criteria and test methods at contract stage — correct-answer rate on a test set, average response time, system availability, per-language proofreading pass rate, completion rate for designated scenarios. Avoid unmeasurable wording such as "performs well" as an acceptance condition.

Security & Data Handling

Deployment location, retention period, access control, and log retention are confirmed in writing before build. With private cloud, on-premise, or offline deployment, data remains inside Taiwan in the environment you designate and is not sent to overseas servers. We accommodate your existing security review and penetration testing requirements.

Project Management & Change Control

Fixed-cadence progress meetings and written status reports; change requests are handled by written change order with schedule and cost impact assessed. Milestones, payment points, and delay liability are stated in the contract.
