職能復健機構目前多使用非專屬性的醫療復健訓練設備提供評估及訓練。由於職災勞工之目標工作型態種類繁多，需要一定程度確認其工作能力，方能「安全」重返職場且達到其工作「產能及績效」。

南瓜虛擬科技開發了WWORK木工模擬設備，透過大型設備與系統整合開發，提供專業的木工作業模擬訓練環境。系統整合了工作姿勢設定、工作流程模擬及績效評估功能。

建置了完整的職災勞工重返職場評估與訓練系統，協助勞工在安全環境下進行工作模擬評估及訓練，為職災勞工重返職場提供必要的硬體相關資源建置。
