腰椎穿刺是高難度臨床技術，傳統訓練依賴實體假人或直接在患者身上操作，學習機會有限且風險高。

運用混合實境（MR）技術，將虛擬的解剖結構疊加在實體模型上，讓學員能「看見」脊椎結構的位置，系統提供即時回饋並記錄操作軌跡。
